Nine Inch Nales concert
In case I haveb't mentioned it, I relly like Nine Inch Nales. I like them.....or him, so much I got tickets to a concert. I say him, because, incase you didn't know NIN is just one guy. His name is Trent Reznor. He plays all the instruments in the recording studio and just get aband to play for him in concert. I recently got NIN downward spiral deluxe edition.

CVA vs. Mind the Gap
CVA is the skiing high school at Sugarloaf. My brother goes there and I really want to go there but its a long way away from my band. If you go to CVA you get to go to really cool places like France, and British Columbia. Well, you only get to do all that stuff if you go on the Alps team, which is what I'll do, and I will do it because I figured out that we can still have band practice on sundays. yay.

Good weekend
Clayton (the drummer) and I went to Portsmouth on Saturday and I got Dirty (extended edition)by Sonic Youth. Clayton got a Blonde Redhead album, I had never heard them before but they're really good. After that we went to a weird play called Peer Gint. The whole thing was a riddle but I can't even figure out the riddle let alone the answer to it. After that we went to a party at a fellow bassist's house. I got to play a Fender Precision Bass which was quite nice. So Clayton and I started jamming in his music room (which has a drum set) and made a sick song. The chorus Bass line is a lot like the Pixies but the verse isn't really like anything but it's probably the best Bass line I've ever made. So then I slept over at CLayton's house and today we went to see the dark night.

Pandora.com
Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Ummm.... well my drummer found a sick new website called Pandora.com. It's sick you type in the name of band you like and them it comes up with a whole channel that only plays that band and other band that if you like the first band you'll like these bands. We also got a gig at my school.

Things that happened
Hi, there's a lot of stuff I haven't told you about. First my band got a great deal on a mixer and some other stuff so prepare yourself. We got a mixer, four monitors, and an amp to go with the mixer for $4oo! If we had bought this stuff new it would have cost $1500. But the cords we needed to get to hook up everything were $160....wow. We also changed our name back to Mind the Gap. We had a sweet sleep over where we got the mixer and I got got a Rage Against the Machine shirt.

The Black Keys ,Attack and Release
The Black Keys are an underground Blues-Rock band, but they're might enter the surface world. It all depends on their new album, Attack and Release. Rubber Factory, their third to last album, was amazing, it sold 150,000 copies. Magic Potion, their second to last album sold only 70,000 copies, not even half as much as Rubber Factory. I've heard a little bit of Attack and Release and I thought it was great, but I also thought Magic Potion was great so have no guess about how Attack and Release is going to do.

Pseudo news flash
My band had a sick practice today. First we made a new Funk song(which has a bass solo in it.....yea). Then we went on the web to look for a new mixer....but before I get into that I should prbably tell about the whole mixer thing and while I'm at that I shoult tell about the gig at my school and while I I'm doing that I should do It like channel 5 news.
Hello internet, Seymor Asses here and this, is channel 5 news. First story we have tonight is all the money a not so local Indie-Punk Rock band saved just for a mixer. The not so local band Pseudo managed to save about 300 dollars... no wait they managed to save 300 cents ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha no. Good news though their dads might match that amount so the band will have about 600 dollars. They haven't picked one out yet but they will, don't worrie. The other storie we have tonight is also about the not so local band Pseudo. they're going to play at the local public middle school, woooooooooooooo. END
P.S. I just did all that channel 5 news crap to make the post longer.

lots-o-stuff
There,s a lot of stuff I forgot to tell you about. First Canada was awesome. I skied that really long run. It was more than 4,200 feet downhill, it was 4,200 feet of 30 degree shoots and glades staight downhill! We also went snowmobile skiing. Thats when you ride up the hill on snowmobiles then ski dowm the Canadian backcountry. One thing I learned from this is snowmobiles hall ass! Those things could easily break 100 MPH. At kicking horse itself was fantastic. They had these two huge ridges that altogether had like 100 little 45 degree shoots. When we got home nothing really happened but then I got Sonic Youth Rather Ripped. Then nothing really happened until my ski group did the Sugar loaf Iron Kid which means we skied every open run at Sugarloef in one day. My mom did all the math so heres how much we skied:
31,600 ft, from 16 to 20 miles, 111 runs and 23 lift rides. Then I got Yes Fragile and a Sick Rush shirt.

O'Canada
Well, I leave for Canada tomorow morning. I won't be posting for a week, which isn't unusual for me. We rented a big condo and we're going with a bunch of people. I'm not gonna go into who but lets just say my family is probably the worst skiers there(besides the two toddlers). Anyway, I don't care if I i'm the worst skier there( I'm reminding you now that I'm areally good skier, they're just better. I pretty sure I told you about kicking horse and the insanly long run(which isn't acually at kicking horse, just near it)on another post so by.
P.S. I got a new cellphone, yay.

Best ski day this year(so far)
Yesterday was the best ski day ever! The first run was can't dog, then ripsaw, then misery whip, three doulble blacks in a row. Then we went to spillway and did Gondi line to L. Bubblecuffer to first tracks on U. Rookie River. Then we did a really fun glade that I don't know the of. The reason I said so far in the title was because next weekend we fly to B.C. to ski at kicking horse. My brother's up there right now and he skied a run that would be like skiing from the top of Sugarloaf (4,237ft.) to sea level! I'm definetly gonna try that.

the new name......
Hi, again i have no reason for not posting in a while. But thats not the point, the point is Mind the gap had to change its name because there's some stupid European dance band called mind the gap. I'm kind of pist that some stupid, retarded, suckish peice of crap dance band beat us to that great name mind the gap :(. But its not all bad because we still have an awesome name.......Pseudo(Su-do) which means kind of and we're going to name our first album mind the gap.
